“(Come On) Shout” is dance single released by American soul, disco singer, songwriter and producer Alex Brown. She has a lot of session work as a backing vocalist with artists like Stevie Wonder and Diana Ross. She’s co-writer of Anita Baker’s 1988 song “Just Because”.

“(Come On) Shout” was taken from the Motion Picture Soundtrack for the 1985 film “Girls Just Want To Have Fun” starring Sarah Jessica Parker and Helen Hunt.

I was besides myself when I first heard this Paul. Karen really enjoyed it too as it is the epitome of everything we love about the 80’s and those soundtracks from that incredible decade!
