Thanks for posting some of these lesser known obscurities on your site. Always great to find out about bands I wasn’t aware of before. Great blog for learning about music history!

Looking forward to hearing this. I wonder if I may have heard it on the alternative music radio stations back in the 80’s.
..?!?!? Thanks Paul. Now I am curious

Paul,

Due to the excitement and overall stimulation caused by this rip, I can’t wait to get on home and hear it!! I love when people give feedback and this one has a lot so far. Just awesome!! As a big Kraftwerk fan myself, I can’t wait to check this one out. I love stuff from Germany and Europe in general. You (and the gang here) have been educating me about all the cool stuff I’ve missed over the years. I am thrilled to hear this tune. Thank you, as always, dear Paul!! You are spectacular!!!

GROOVY!!!! Paul, this was such a breath of fresh air!! I can’t sit still listening to these two great tracks!! It’s so catchy and worms its way into ones system that I’m bouncing all over the room!! I dare anyone not to sit still when this is playing!! Such a find and Paul, thank you for your incredible introductions to tracks that are so worth it. I’m having so much fun right now. You’ve put me in a fantastic mood!!!

Of course nice upload – a pity though the 12 inch includes no real special extended version but in reality the album version (if my records are correct)

G! Thanx, Paul for this one glimp from a dark corner of my history. Never heared it in your quality, it is marvelous.
This song is one of the few I later imagined being covered by Grace Jones, in her Compass Point Style. I mean that as a compliment, ha! Would’ve been a great outtake for Warm Leatherette?
But anyway, this one-day-fly from the boombox-decade now gets another chance to blast in full stereo audio in its own right, so again thank you.

Now that´s a surprise. I didn´t know anyone outside Germany ever heard of Rheingold. I have always loved “Dreiklangsdimensionen”. It´s so kraftwerk and yet so different. The b-side is so “neue deutsche welle” (“new german wave”) from the early seventies. Gosh, I love it. You should have been hear back then. German music was turned around 180 degrees in those days. Traditionalists hated it, young and more open people loved it. NENA was part of this era and she became famous all over the world as you know. I still love her 🙂 Thank you, Paul. As I said, a… Read more »
