I wasn’t hip to this… Thanks Paul!
Love “Living in a Box” Thank you so much. If you have “Love is the Art” that will be AMAZING !!! Thank you for all the good music
Awesome. Loved the first few singles!
This third release in fact is my favourite single of Living In A Box.
Love the construction of the 12” and the addition of guest vocalist Bobby Womack.
The two finally got to work together after Bobby Womack covered and released Living In a Box the same time as Living In a Box!
Do you by chance have Bobby’s 12”, Paul? That one seems hard to find.
Jeff’s comments made me eager to check out your new re-rip with the new equipment.
I’m sure it will lift your rips to even greater heights!
Thank you Paul!!!
I agree with ya Ric in my opinion this the group’s best release. Sorry never bought the Bobby Womack version.
Awesome!! Thanks Paul!! 😀
You’re welcome Cory 🙂
I don’t remember this tune from the 80’s. I don’t think it was released in US or it was such low charting tune it never got much promotion. Nice tune nonetheless. It’s hard to go wrong with Bobby Womack.
It was released in the US Hamza 21 but only peaked at #81.
Paul, this sounds INCREDIBLE! So clear and yet plenty of punch off the bass notes. Thank you so much.
Thank you for the feedback Dan appreciate it 🙂
Excellent, more LIAB please!
Thanks as always for the rip Paul 🙂
a couple more coming Ex15 🙂
In my opinion,LIAB not at heir best with this one,but your rips come as always higly appreciated.
Thanks Paul.
You’re welcome Piffard 🙂
Living In A Box hold a special place in my heart. Their second album, Gatecrashing, was the first CD album I ever bought and played on my cd player. 🙂
That’s a great story Musicfan. Thanks for sharing. Enjoy!
Paul, is this your first rip using the new turntable? I’m curious to hear the results if it is. I’m still at work, but I love checking in to see what’s new on BTG. I’m glad to finally hear more Living In A Box records. Sadly, I only know “Living In A Box” but I love this guy’s voice so I’m jazzed to get this tune. Thanks as always for what you do. I’m so excited everyday here. You never know what’s right around the corner song wise. You keep us with our ears pricked up like the RCA dog… Read more »
Hi Jeff. Yes it’s the first rip with the new TT. I could have posted something else but I wanted to continue with last weeks Richard Darbyshire/Zu Zu Sharks posts. I love his voice too 🙂 Hope you enjoy this one.
Paul, just listened and I’ve got two words for you: Absolutely Phenomenal!! And this is just the MP3, so I can only imagine what the Flac files are gonna sound like. The sonic purity is exquisite and I’m no audiophile like you and some of your readers. What a terrific investment you made with this new turntable of yours. Thanks for sharing with all of us. You are so good to us. You’re flawless in what you do.
Deep Bow,
Jeff
Klicking the mp3 and flac-button leads me to an iLivid Downloadmanager. I warn everyody not to run the exe-file because it contains high infectious malware .
Graham you need to clear your cache and try again. The links are direct download as they always are 🙂
It’s taking me straight to multiupload.
It’s fixed now Omar 🙂
Thanks.
Thanks Paul for this LIAB gem. Love all their singles!
You’re welcome Omar 🙂
