My favorite Lene single! I always wished there even more mixes. Justin Strauss, Shep Pettibone, etc. should all have taken a crack at this one. Thanks Paul!

One of my favorites of 1989. I had this on vinyl but it got really beaten up and I’ve been looking for a replacement ever since. Thanks So Much!

Thanks for this one. Much appreciated. I don’t comment often. Sorry for that. Something to notice: The album version of this song does sound very like Andy Scotts (2) song Krugerrand from 1983. No wonder that he is listed as a composer on this one as well.

Wow, a Lene Lovich 12”, thank you so much Paul! I try not to do this but as it is related I’ll do: There’s the unobtainable 4.35 Extended Version of “New Toy” (featuring Thomas Dolby!), if you have got it… post it, please, please, please.

This is a cherry on top of the musical Sundae Paul!! I love your Lene Lovich posts because they are without the drama of the remasters that fans went through a few years ago. You always have the artists’ best interest at heart. You get us all excited about music and we can go seek out more music from them in turn. So many albums I’ve sought out because of Burning The Ground. Thanks again for this single!!

Jeff

La verdad amigo, que no recuerdo este tema, pertenece a la fase final del periodo pop de los años 80. Revise dentro de los archivos y también tuvo participación en eventos con la gran Nina Hagen, de todas fromas se agradece el aporte
