Funky Nascar! Funky Nascar! That’s gotta be the most upbeat catchy mondegreen ever. Don’t ever recall hearing this and what a great catchy tune. But what is a Nassau? Oh well. Funky Nascar! Oops did it again. 🤣

I am so on the verge of tears right now!! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH DjPAULT!!!! Wow Paul, I really thought I would never hear this track again, especially in such sonic fidelity!! I mean, I’m still at work and haven’t downloaded the song, but knowing you and your incredible talents, I can only imagine how phenomenal this is going to sound!! This is one of my favorite tracks. I remember buying the record, unheard, but bought it because of who was involved in the production. David Sanchez and Ted Currier, who I loved from their Sweet Sensation productions bring… Read more »

I still am swooning over you posting this track Paul!! As a fan of Omar Santana’s editing prowess, I’m trying to collect his superior works of art in the best sonic quality out there. Having “Funky Nassau” appear on Burning The Ground is monumental to me. This is a great remake of the Beginning of the End’s original version, but with all of the people I respect and am a fanatic of. Even YouTube doesn’t seem to have the track available. Only the short version pitched way-up for a fast mix. This song is tough and funky as hell. It… Read more »

Interestingly, I went to YouTube just the other day and was surprised that someone posted the dub version on July 30, 2018 the very same day you posted this record Paul. I’m quite sure they got it from you. There’s no way to play it though. Although there weren’t many comments, I’m quite sure this is a “cult” record and that there are plenty of fans around the globe who appreciate the track like we do.

Thanks again for doing this song!!

Jeff
