Thank you! This record was big on dance radio in Seattle at the time. I bought this 12″ when it came out, and still have it.

See.. this is why I LOVE this blog. I get to hear or be introduced to music that I have not heard at all growing up. The little 80s treasures I get to learn through you is priceless! Thank you Dj PaulT for introducing this to me. 🙂

Paul, regarding Until December… do you have “We Are The Boys” and “Secrets”? Those are great 12″ maxi-singles along with the track “Until December” 12″, I love the history behind that band, it’s San Francisco roots and the whole story behind the AIDS crisis is fascinating and how many of their songs reflected such a dark time for Gays in the 80’s struggling with the disease when it first came out, there is a lot of angst in their music from that time. The 12″ for the track :Heaven” is also excellent. So glad you know about them, as many… Read more »

Have to concur with my fellow Swede here! What an awesome track! Only released one album if I’m not mistaken. What a shame!!

Thanks Paul!!

Christer is one of the anonymous celebs from my hometown Gävle in Sweden he started Powermix with Boris and have remixed for instance Straight Up by Paula Abdul. Great selection think their top spot was on the Swedish lists actually!

Wow Paul! Thank you so much for this one. Never heard that song before. It sounds great and the remix is just fantastic. This post makes me think of another Swedish synth-pop band which fell also into obscurity. That one is “Avalanche”…

I feel like I do know this one Paul. And I do remember Memoryboy mentioning this to you along with Until December. I loved his enthusiasm for this track so I know it’s gotta be good. Plus, Richard Blade always played the best stuff on KROQ. So looking forward to this one.

Absolutely brilliant!! This record is so much of my sensibilities with those vocals, effects and synths. Thank you Paul for another supreme introduction to the very best music in the world. I want to hear more!! I want to break out music from Boxcar, Red Flag, Anything Box, Cause & Effect and vintage Depeche Mode after listening to this fantastic track. This is the music I love to my very core.

Very appreciated, dear Paul!!

OH-MY… I think I love the “Rock ‘n’ Radio” mix the best. That ballad introduction was gorgeous. Wow, such a fantastic version. Many thanks Paul.

YES!!! One of my all-time favorites. I mentioned this song once in a comment on here and I’m so excited to see this on here because it’s a really rare song that I remember them playing on the radio back in the 80’s and not a lot of people know about it and it’s just a great track. Thanks Paul so much for sharing this with the world.

This makes me think of another rare band.. Until December. Check out their track “Until December”….
