BURNING THE GROUND EXCLUSIVE 1983
“Club Fantastic Megamix” was a single released by Wham! in 1983, and was the last single release for the duo on Inner Vision Records. The single was released in both 7″ and 12″ formats. The 7″ contains a rare edit of the 12″ mix.
*A note about this transfer. The b-side “A Ray Of Sunshine (Instrumental Mix)” is taken from the UK 12″. I did this because the 7″ sounded pretty bad I usually do not do this but in this case it was necessary.

Many thanks for posting! ^_^
I really thought you’d posted every possible Wham release with that recent Wham Marathon, but here’s another surprise. 😀 Brill, thanks. 🙂
Paul, I’m just grateful for whatever rips you do. 99% support you! Don’t let the 1% that don’t bring into disrepute what great work you do.
Thank you André 🙂
I guess this is looking a gift horse in the mouth, but A Ray of Sunshine (Instrumental Mix) in this download is sample-for-sample identical to the one in the 12″ re-rip from a few months ago. I’m a bit obsessive about comparing different pressings, so it’s disappointing to know that sometimes the files aren’t from the records they claim to be. I don’t actually mind that you recycled the file for this bundle, it’s just that you didn’t say anything about it. You should just be honest and say you didn’t have time to rip the 7″ B-side, or it’s… Read more »
There is no need for you to be “Private” you should show who you are. I have added a note to this post to be honest.
Awesome post , Thank You
Another great post. Thank you, Paul!
Thank you for post this rare 7″ version Paul!
After your last year’s Wham! series I was wondering when this 7″ will pop up… Thanks.
Thanks! 😎
So many times I only get to see a complete discography without ever hearing a lot from the list. Paul, you help out so much in that we get to hear so much from an artist’s output. Thank you for your commitment on bringing Wham!’s rare vinyl back from the dead. I’m loving these treasures.
Jeff
You’re welcome Jeff and there is more to come 🙂
Oh yeah! This is what you meant with lots of Wham! edits and alternative versions still unreleased on your blog. If you ask me, you may continue the Wham! series. Part 2, I’ll love it as much as part 1. Oh yeah.
Thanks Paul for this incredible rare gem.
You’re welcome Omar 🙂
I was just thinking on monday how much I wanted this (I have never heard it). Have all those earthquakes made you psychic? 🙂
THANK YOU!
You’re welcome Conner. Yeah they have rattled my brain lol 🙂
