“Secret Separation” is a song by British new wave rock group The Fixx, from their fourth studio album Walkabout. The single peaked at #19 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in July 1986 and peaked at No. 1 on the US Album Rock Tracks chart. The single also peaked at #39 in Canada and #83 in the United Kingdom. The music video features an actor sitting at a control panel observing the band playing in an abandoned building filled with random items.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for another fix of the ‘fixx’.
They did a good job on this remix by actually extending it.

For some reason, a lot of their songs are very short, so
this is nice to have an extended mix.

This promo has the shorter version too.

Fixx fans should check out the actual 12 inch to collect
with the b-side also.

More great 80s goodness. Was lucky to see these guys open for Adam Ant in Seattle last Summer. Love their music (and a much better show than Mr. Ant!) Thanks for this great song from The Fixx, Paul!
