thank you paul..i’m love this song for very personal reasons!
It was a big radio hit over here and did not do bad on the charts, either (no 21). The singer Markus Moehrl (and I use the word singer in the broadest possible sense…) had a no 1 hit a few years earlier in the New German Wave era, “Ich will Spass” = “I want fun” which became sort of a hymn for those years. Singing was never his strong side as we can hear but the song “Girls” is not too bad. The 12inch is kind of strange with the cold start and bits and bobs here and there… Read more »
At first, I wasn’t really sure I was going to like this one. I guess, just by the mix’s name alone, “The Mega-Gigantic-120 dB Artlab-Mix,” instilled in me quite a lot of anticipation and within a few seconds, I wasn’t too impressed. However, after getting into the meat of the song, I was won over. This is a fantastic track Paul. Great sounds, and that bass line is so awesome. I can’t thank you enough for bringing this to your site and thank you to whoever requested this one. I really love this song and this mix. It really has… Read more »
Many thanks Mr.Paul.
As You said, this song was an amazing hit (here) in Italy
just in the Spaghetti-Dance era.
Hope you got some of that too to post.
Saluti.
You’re welcome BE.D12” 🙂
Wow Paul what a fantastic post! This could have been my request! Thanks a million Paul and thanks to the person who requested it. I love this single so much and especially this exclusive boombastic remix. Paul you save my day with this rip because today is a sad day after the death of another great artist. Johnny Hallyday dies at 74 after cancer battle. He was something like the “french Elvis Presley” and was adored by millions here in France.
R.I.P. Johnny Hallyday
You’re welcome Daniel. It’s always sad when an icon passes away. I was not familiar with Johnny Hallyday but I do know his son David Hallyday loved his song “Move”.
I remember this Paul. Thanks a lot!
You’re welcome Omar 🙂
