That’s amazing Paul! Another obscure 80s post. You know these are always my favourites because it is a unique opportunity to discover hidden gems. Without you this one would probably gone lost forever. This one as an exception is not new to me. I remember listening to Heaven Help The Man on local radio stations back in 1987. Thanks a million Paul and keep the obscure 80s posts coming 🙂

Andy Prye = Randy Pie?
Paul, I absolutely love anagrams and word games 😉
“Totally Obscure 80s” is right; here’s another obscure release that I never heard of!
But since you made the time and effort to rip and restore this record tells me maybe I should listen with an open mind, “‘The power of DJ PaulT compels me!”
(Besides, since I was living abroad when this record was released, it occurred to me that just maybe I might recognize the tune.)
Thanks again PaulT, for further educating my 80s musical palate.

Hi Paul,

First thing, thank you again for yesterday’s post. It means so much to me whenever you showcase a record by an artist I deeply care about.

Anxious to check out this new posting of yours. Love the name of the artist because it made me laugh out loud. I almost thought it was a remake of the song, “I’m Free (Heaven Help The Man” by Kenny Loggins. He’s been on my mind lately. Either way, very enthused to hear some new music.
