You are awesome, Paul! I have this single on Madonna’s Who’s That Girl CD and it is my favourite non-Madonna track after Scritti Politti’s. I’ve been looking for the 12″ version of this for years! Thank you! 🙂
You’re welcome Darren 🙂
Thanks Paul 🙂
You’re welcome PopRevolver 🙂
Thanks!
You’re welcome Woz 🙂
Wow… it was my request – thank you very much Paul.
You posted it years ago in MP3 only and in fact it was the post that make me know about your blog back then.
Can’t wait for your new rip to replace your previous MP3 rip… checking now.
Wow Ziv that was many years agogo when I was on blogger. This rip is waaay better. Enjoy!
The instrumental and the dub are vinyl only (others are on cd on Who’s that Girl Japanese edition, Disco Fox 1 and Movie Klub 80 volume 1). I only had a shitty vinylrip so very nice I can replace those versions with the best vinyl rips on the internet, thanks DJPaul!
Thank you Martijn Van Heeringen I appreciate your comment very much 🙂
I shall keep it simple…and not trying to offend 🙂 ..just a : ..wOw
Does that mean you like it Dirk 🙂
Let me rephrase that to , yes i like him.
(Personally i could do without ever hearing S/A/W-productions altogether again, but i understand they are widely popular and that’s fine with me 🙂
OMG, Paul, I’m loving the Who’s That Girl theme! I have always been incredibly in love with this song, maybe even more so than the Madonna tracks on the soundtrack (blasphemy!). I’m wondering if you are going to finish with the Coati Mundi single to make a full sweep?
It’s not blasphemy Christian I agree with you I always prefered this track to any of the others on the soundtrack. It was the entire package 🙂 Unfortunately I never bought Coati Mundi but I am gonna get a copy and will post it as soon as I get it.
Again, I love when you “theme” your rips Paul. So happy that this is from the soundtrack of “Who’s That Girl” and a SAW production. Looking so forward to hearing it.
You’re the tops (once again) at picking perfect records!!!
Jeff
Thank you Jeff I really love this one and in my opinion the funnest track on the soundtrack 🙂
Thanks Paul for posting one of my fave SAW produced song. This song is very catchy and has a nice melody to it! Do you have the UK version? I heard it had a different mix to this US edition. Also his other song called Warehouse please consider this on your future posting. Super excited about this Turn It Up post!
Sorry Gilbert I only have the US edition. 🙂
Thanks Paul, I love this track – ah, those cheesy synths are to die for! The UK 12″ has a different Extended Dance Mix, with new a new keyboard motif running throughout, so please put this on your ‘Future Rips for the S/A/W Freaks’ list!
An 80s PWL fave of mine. Too bad it didn’t catapult him to stardom. But apparently he’s doing good as a fine arts photographer. Thanks for this gem, Paul.
You’re welcome Gianni 🙂
