5 Stars for a great track + another 5 stars for being topical! Pop/Rock musicians are now too afraid of the backlash for speaking out against WAR! We have 2 major wars going on and everyone is busy picking sides instead of speaking out for the women and children … on both sides! Makes you wish for the “good ‘ole” Roman times, when a bunch of men would meet in a field somewhere and battle it out!

Hi Paul, I’m quite excited about this!! FYI my delay in commenting has nothing to do with this song being politically topical, I promise! This single, which is vaguely familiar, really scratches me where I itch. I was hoping for something that, well, rocks and voila! Little Steven with Artists United Against Apartheid, Bob Geldof, Phil Collins, Earth, Wind & Fire come… Read more »

Paul, please make a 24bit FLAC of this 12” vinyl. I’d be very grateful.

I’m sorry for not responding sooner regarding this track. Talk about timely, Paul. The 1980’s were a great decade because artists and producers weren’t afraid to voice their opinions concerning hot button issues. I think this song is brilliant. I love the sound of the music and the lyrics. Thank you, Paul, for a new track to my ears. Also, I see Andy Wallace is involved here and he has worked with some of my favorite people in the music industry.

well, how apropos this one is to the current events! Kudos. Protesting war never gets irrelevant.
