I did a double take when I saw the artwork because it’s exactly the same as the (incredible) Wild Horses 12″ cover right?
Great song, thanks for the pristine post!!
Thank you sir 🙂
Thank you Paul for this obscure 80s post. I already had the extended dance mix which is included on the “Wild horses” CD single. But the dub mix is exclusive here.
You’re welcome 🙂
Excelente, thank you Paul!!!
You’re welcome, Guss 🙂
Yet another artist that loved the drum sound found on the Powerstation record! It was developed by my high school buddy, Jason Corsaro, who engineered for Bernard Edwards and Nile Rogers pretty often, and is credited on that record, among others. Nile actually spoke at a ceremony after Jason’s untimely passing a few years ago. It really works here!
Too bad there are no remix or production credits for this record. I agree Jason was amazing her worked with so many artists giving them a unique sound. “The Reflex” and “A View To A Kill” would not have sounded the same without him.
He is missed, thanks for the post.
Black Cars 12″ any chance?
Thank you very much in advance.
Oh yes! Black Cars is a great song too 🙂
Thans for all your rips! You are rare.
