This is my first time hearing them. Great song and I love the bizarre extended mix. Thanks.
Damn, I love Simon F! Thanks so much!
The single “Baby Pain” of this band is the best for me.
Thak you Paul.
I agree “Baby Pain” is a favorite. Any possibility that can be posted?
Thanks for the great website.
It would be great to post this maxi. Cheers
Very cool to have the 12” version, i never knew one existed.
Thank you Paul 🙂
OMG Paul. Once more you’ve done it again and three times in a row! Level 42, Glam with Pete Burns and now Intaferon. Been away for a couple of days (due to ill health) and back to discover these brilliant gems waiting to be uploaded. Been in the doldrums and now totally cheered up, thanks to you fella. Please find a small token of my appreciation in means of a donation heading your way and is there any chance of the 12″ of contract of the heart by spelt like this making it’s way onto your excellent site? Cheers buddy… Read more »
Hi Roy thank you hope you feel better. Yes I have both Spelt Like This 12″ singles planning to post them very soon. Enjoy!
Big Huge thanks Paul!
Sometimes, I can’t believe what you have Paul!! I have loved this song ever since I first heard it on the “Living In Oblivion” series of compact discs that showcased a lot of 80’s music, known and rare. This was always a favorite of mine and I did find out later on that there was a 12-inch mix that was pretty stunning. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH Paul for this rarity. I could almost cry. Martin Rushent always made crazy dance versions, and this is one that really speaks to me. I can’t wait to now have it in all… Read more »
You’re welcome Jeff. I also found out about this on the Living In Oblivion series and immediately loved it. So naturally I had to see if it had a 12″ and it did. I sought it out and it quickly became one of my favorites. I also love the video these guys are not to hard on the eyes either 🙂 Lots of fun effects on this 12″.
Add me to the list of discovering this gem on the “Living in Oblivion” series. This will be my first time hearing the 12″ version. Paul, again, we cannot thank you enough for pulling out these rare gems in excellent sound!
Thanks Paul for this rare gem.
You’re welcome Omar 🙂
