Also thanks for this one, Paul. I really liked the song back in the days when I was young. I think Rumours still sounds great and the lyrics still do have a meaning in today’s social media obsessed society. I’m sure not many people know this, if it’s true, there is, alas, no further reference for this in the wikipedia: “Moonsie is mentioned as a character in the lyrics of the Timex Social Club hit song “Rumors”. “Did you hear that one about Susan, some say she’s just a tease. Great choice, Paul!
Shep Pettibone did a superb job of remixing this, back in ’86 🙂

Had no idea Mr. Pettibone was behind the 12-inch to this song which is a great surprise. I’m elated that you’re giving us so much of Shep, Paul. Even before the four CD set comes out, you’re giving us more, especially those flip-side mixes. We all are so appreciative of all your hard work! Many thanks!

Jeff

Bonus Beats: Speaking of Shep Pettibone, could you someday please post his mixes for “You And Me” by The Flirts? That would be such a gift!!
