Young Men Drive Fast And Die Quick!
Couldn’t resist, LOL.
Completely unknown to me, but a respectable synth-pop song, just right on for the time when
it was made.
Awesome! So, then, it’s only fitting that you should next post (The World Don’t Need) Another Lover by Giant Steps (the Quick’s next incarnation). 🙂
Oh Paul!! How my youth returns to me because of you. I so remember The Quick. Their “Rhythm Of The Jungle” was a big time radio hit out of New York City at the time. I do remember this one as well. You’re welcome Jeff. You my friend are a giver as well and I thank you for that. Hugs 🙂
Stumbled across your site today.
The Quick was a big deal in Oz.
Most of their songs charted in various Aussie states.
One I remember most was “Hip, Shake, Jerk.”
Looking forward to seeing more.
