Thanks for the rip, Paul! Just for folks to know, all these mixes and more were released on her Deluxe Edition of “Can’t Fight Fate” 2-cd set.

I fondly remember these mixes and all the edits, effects, and sampling tricks they employed.

Yes, I agree. I have found a few problems with Cherry Pop records in the past and my complaint even got them to reissue an Aretha Franklin deluxe set!

Regardless, I was just making note of the deluxe set for people who want a lot of mixes. Some don’t have as discriminating ears as you and me and might never know the sonic quality (or lack thereof). 🙂

Every time you post a Taylor Dayne single, my heart goes nuts!! This woman has a set of pipes on her. I love strong female vocalists and Ms. Dayne is an exceptional songstress. Thank you Paul for adding this to Burning The Ground along with other ferocious tracks. These “heart” songs are perfect for Valentine’s Day!!

You know me so well Paul. I love mixes that do stay true to the original version and the inclusion of edits makes it perfect for me. Gosh, I love you themed weeks. This “heart week” in honor of Valentine’s day is a perfect treat. Aural Candy!!
