I had hair like that at one point in the mid-80s. It helped me getting laid on several occasions, so…

Thanks for this Paul. One of the Canadian greats from the ’80s (saw them again in Toronto this past summer on the 30th Anniversary Tour for their debut album “Standing in the Dark”). Would love to track down some of their other 12″ers.

What horror-sleeves you got for us, Paul. Made me think of my cousins’ dog from back in the 80’s, she used to blowdry that one after bath and take it for a walk. It was an Afghan by the way, that dog. Oh well, probably just jealousy from my part, since i only have few hairs left 🙂 The music i would not call New Wave. I am from The Netherlands, and NW over here was more obscure and dark, like Siouxie, Cure, Bauhaus. I would call it pop.

Canada’s answer to Duran Duran. They made two great albums, Standing in the Dark and Alien Shores. thanks Paul!

Vaguely remember this, a reasonable classic 80s track..

(Not sure about them though!)

Thanks for the rip, Paul.. 🙂
