HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you!
SUBSTANTIAL NEWS UPDATE: Since leaving the Lime project, Denis LePage has come out as transgender. She now releases records as Nini Nobless. 😏
(And, yes, I verified that before I posted!)
That is REALLY old news that Lime fans have been aware of for quite some time.
This is rather good! And all-new to me. I’ve never heard the record before or of the artist. All those horns and strings — it sounds like mid ’70s disco — yet it’s from 1981? What more, the hook & melody are rather good and could be remixed now into a modern song. I think it’s quality! Certainly for an unknown record. The vocals are even good. ALL THE THINGS. Good on ’em! A+
This one I never heard, but I sure do like it. Thanks so much.
You’re welcome, DJU4ic 🙂
HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Paul I know it’s on Monday but wanted to wish you a great weekend. Love what you do!
Thank you, David 🙂
It’s Friday. The right time for some disco sound. Never heard about Peter Batah. Nice song. That was a great week full of beautiful new discoveries. Totally obscure 80s posts are most welcome. Thank you so much Paul. Like Jeff so aptly says: you are such a blessing in our lives. Have a nice long weekend 🙂
Thank you, Daniel have a great weekend 🙂
Denis Lepage is a great producer and artist in his own right, so I’m really enthused to check this out. It sure feels like the weekend with a track like this one. Thanks for ending the week on such an upbeat note!!
Have a well deserved weekend Paul. You are such a blessing in all our lives!!!
Jeff
Thank you, Jeff I hope you have a great weekend too 🙂
