I just watched this movie again a few weeks ago. I actually bumped into the main actor, Lenny von Dohlen, at a play in Los Angeles a long time ago. I told him how much I loved “Electric Dreams,” he seemed genuinely appreciative. He was in Twin Peaks too.
Welcome back! I’m glad you are all recovered.
Thank you Conner!
This will be a real treat. Thanks for posting.
You’re welcome Andy 🙂
Welcome back, Paul! Glad you’re up and fit again! This happens to be my favourite track from the soundtrack (although it was never a hit). Thanks for the quality rip. Don Was always reminds me of Fiona Franklyn’s “Busted Up On Love” (don’t know if it was ever a hit, but it will always be a personal favourite).
Thank you George E. I am glad to be back. Enjoy my friend 🙂
Hey, Great to see you are well…
Slightly off topic but would like to draw your attention to this blog;
http://likepunkneverhappened.blogspot.co.uk/
Fantastic scans of the UK’s ‘Smash Hits’ magazines, complete and in sequence…
Many Duran Duran articles and original adverts for their singles & albums…
Enjoy 😉
Thanks Simon 🙂
Paul,
thank you ever so much for the great Electric Dreams tracks!
I seriously can not believe this, but I just now made the connection
that PP Arnold (of the Electric Dreams soundtrack I love so much) is the
same pop singer with U.K. hits in the late 1960’s including songs with
the Small Faces (that I love so much).

Really, how many PP ARnolds could there actually be?
Oh well, I guess it took your posts to shake out the cobwebs!
G
Hi BoyWonder yes PP Arnold was very popular in the UK in the 60’s 🙂
I, too, am glad to see you back. I’m very sorry that you and your fellow Oaklahomans have had such a hard few weeks.
On a lighter note, the photo on the back of this single reminds me of Technotronic.
Hi Christian yes it has been a rough time in my state the last few weeks. The pic does look like Technotronic indeed 🙂
Welcome back, Paul. Please take care of yourself, we missed you!
And wow you found it! The Electric Dreams set is complete! Thank you thank you thank you. 🙂 You’re going to enjoy the movie. It’s funny to compare what the computer in the film could do to what computers can do now.
Thank you Tony enjoy!
Welcome back DjPaul, hope you’re cully recovered??
Wow, didn’t know Boy wrote this, though now I do it sounds kinda obvious. In my mind him I can easily hear him singing this.
