I love it when you post ONJ because I know she was one of your favorites – and mine! Thank you!

Ooh, I’ve been waiting years for you to do a transfer of this one! I have a transfer I did myself about 17-18 years ago, but every copy of this 7″ in my collection is of inferior sound quality and I was never very happy with the transfers I made. I’m thrilled to finally get a DJPaulT transfer of this! Thanks so much for doing this one. I certainly hope Primary Wave eventually gives Totally Hot the attention it deserves and releases a deluxe edition with all the bonus tracks included.

And Primary Wave remastered Soul Kiss in late 2023, but no CD and no bonus tracks.

Yeah, I bought the coral-colored vinyl and the CD with the poster from the UK, but I wasn’t happy that they put so little effort into it. I bought the very cheap-looking Soul Kiss picture disc as well. (Was it really too difficult for them to create a record jacket for it?) Primary Wave started out somewhat well with Physical reissue, albeit with some pretty serious issues on the DVD. The If Not for You reissue was decent, too. Everything else they’ve done has been downhill from there. Why is it so hard for them to do their jobs and… Read more »

Oh, that’s terrible! 😀 Thanks for sharing though. ONJ has plenty of good records — this isn’t one of them.

Love every Livvy post you make and this is a rare one, thank you. What happened to your Olivia blog (more than physical) site?

Cool to see this remix finally get the digital makeover. Surprised it never reached the digital world, until now that is.

Thanks Paul 🙂

Fantastic cap to the week Paul!! First rock week, then 7″ week… We’re not worthy, Lol! Yes I second what Jeff and ING said below. This single remix is totally new to me and I’m sure so totally hot! (too easy for the bad puns on this one). Have a smokin’ hot weekend Paul, Jeff, ING, Fred, Martika and all the rest of the “hotties” here!!

Way to go, Paul!! This song is one of my favorites from Olivia. I still don’t know why it made a poor chart appearance. Maybe, because it was so different to what she released before. It’s got this great funk and attitude and compels one to really turn it out on the dance floor (well, at least for me!) I love this “funk-tastic” sensual groove that drips of sex! I am really jazzed to hear this remix because it will probably make the song even better!! I can’t thank you enough for this, DjPaulT!! Have a “totally hot” weekend, Paul.… Read more »
