I like these kind of series!
Thanks Paul.
For years I’ve only had this remix on scratched vinyl or in lossy 256 mp3, so it’s great to have it in 24-bit FLAC. Thanks again Paul.
You’re welcome Dan. Enjoy!
When Scales Of Justice was released as the follow-up, seemed like the record company wanted to repeat a winnning formula. However, I wasn’t impressed at all. Ex15 said it sounded too much like Living In A Box, I’d say more like its poor cousin. This broke the momentum created and So The Story Goes suffered as a result. They should have released “So The Story Goes” and this one last.
Totally!!!
I should of said “Living In A Box!” 🙂
Excellent, the album version sounds too much like “Bring The House Down” the mixes here help to “differentiate” from the a fore mentioned and make for a more enjoyable sound..
Thanks as always for the rip Paul! 🙂
You’re welcome Ex15 it’s amazing what a remix can do 🙂
Have this and a few other LIAB singles on 7″ since the 80’s. Great singles
Lol, had totally forgotten about this. I couldn’t even hum it to you, but I know I’ll recognise it as soon as I play it. 🙂
Enjoy it Jermajesty 🙂
Paul, I’ve only just caught up with this – Jesus Christ I don’t think I’ve heard it in 30 years!! But yes, I knew it instantly. Thanks for always chasing after those follow up singles. 🙂
I had this back when I was a deejay.
Of course, there was no “groove mix” [almost a rule in italian copies: be printed with the minimum wage of versions 🙂 ]
So thanks also for this.
Thanks Paul, good memories arises,as always.
I’m happy knowing people like you shares his cherished vinyl on the ‘net!
Paul’s just the greatest. His generosity of sharing his AWESOME collection with the world and rescuing dance records from oblivion is unmatched.
Jeff
Thanks Paul once again. Forgot about this single. I don’t think I’ve ever heard the Groove Mix before.
You’re welcome Omar. Great Arthur Baker remixes!
Paul, I am all for an Arthur Baker remix! Looking so forward to this one. Thank you for filling me in on Living In The Box’s dance discography.
