The song was not released in the United States.

You’re welcome! Go West had a good formula and identifying sound, especially the keyboard stabs. You may have heard “King Of Wishful Thinking” from the Pretty Woman soundtrack too.
Yes I remember King Of Wishful Thinking was on the radio non-stop around 1990/91.

Yep horrible loud mastering on both deluxe editions and to think it was the person who engineered both those albums in the first place was responsible.
The box set for the first album is especially shameful – you can hear the tape slip in the machine part way through SOS and a few other songs.
Go West is a great artist, Paul, and you have added many terrific singles by them on your site. I love that you always delight us with the hits and other releases from their discography. Paul, I don’s know if you remember but a year ago or so, I sent you a link to site that featured your vinyls in one huge set. So, somebody out there apparently collected all your uploads for a decade and put them all in one big archive. I think it was almost 1 Terabyte … lol … but you’re definitely quite famous!
I’ve been a Go West fan ever since I saw the We Close Our Eyes video on MTV. If you haven’t listened to the self-titled album, it is fantastic from front to back!
