Any chance of doing a remaster of the rare 12″ Edit version of this song found on this promo?

Great song! Never heard this before, but I’m familiar with Falco. He sorta dropped off the radar after Rock Me Amadeus and Vienna Calling, which is a shame, because this is really worth a listen.

Hi. Thanks for reply. Just the above mentioned problems. First a continual connecting… then after about a minute. Problem loading page.

A belated Happy birthday Sir. You wouldn’t believe this but i was wishing for more Falco on your sight only a few days ago and here it is. What a fantastic song i had this on 7″ when it came out (actually still do). Love it still to this day. The obvious omission is now various mixes of the tracks that you’ve posted and Jeanny. By the way after a computer crash / update etc i am now missing the download of Vienna Calling as i wanted to compile all the Falco tracks that you have posted on one CD.… Read more »

Hi master,

Late, but i wish you a happy birthday!

About this 12″ single:
Let’s go back to the so great 80’s…
Falco was a pope in his art…
Almost, so lot of 2000’s songs used samples from his hits…
It is in fact for the reason that these songs were good… no?

Thx for this one!

The extended mix on the A-side has been released on CD in 1991, but the B-side never did. Very happy to have a quality transfer of that B-side now! Excellent song by the way, although for some reason it did not chart as high as ‘Rock me Amadeus’ or ‘Jeanny’. Falco enjoyed his worldwide success between 1985-1988 and during that period the whole production was Dutch, yeah 🙂

Thanks Paul.

Right on! Another fun 12″ from Falco. Funny, I’m currently selling his ‘Emotional’ CD on my eBay page, along w/ so many other 80’s CD’s. I never had this single, so thanks much!

I’m not sure what I have for Der Kommissar as far as mixes go, but that would be an awesome post 😉
