I didn’t know this one – thanks for posting it.
This is a fun track and i love the artwork too. Very quirky sleeve.
Thanks Paul 🙂
What a powerful song! Especially the LP version
Also I’m digitizing my early 80s cassettes and I found Sal Solo – Music + you. I LOVE THIS SONG! THANKS PAUL!!
I was looking for this one for 40 years because every single research send me to FREEEZ or EBN-OZN. Until I founded in Youtube 2 weeks ago and I asked you for it. 1983… my friends and I playing basketball and singing this song (Montevideo, Uruguay). Thanks!!!
With Mr. Steve Hogarth, who nowadays is the lead singer of Marillion. He just made an amazing version of The Cars’ “Drive” with Trevor Horn… Long live the 80’s!
Amazing! I love their first album, but I never had the 12″ single! Thank you very much! I also love the cover art … very post-punk/new wave!
LOL…this one threw me for a second. I am not familiar with the song. I misread the title as Eurogliders and then immediately thought of EBN OZN for the song title. I am all over the place…. 🙂
As a ferocious fan of their “The Animal Song” I am most giddy to hear this track! Wow, Paul I’m quivering with anticipation!! Thanks so much for loving New Wave the way you do! I love being a part of this community!! We benefit so much!!!!
Jeff
I am glad you are a part of the community, Jeff. I hope you enjoy this one 🙂
I’m sorry, but there is only 1 version of a song called AEIOU (Sometimes Y) that I will acknowledge. 😉
Is it EBN OZN? Or the one from from gradeschool???
Fun slice of 80s UK New Wave, but holy cow isn’t that an awful cover picture? LOL
