BURNING THE GROUND EXCLUSIVE 1988
“She’s A Book With 7 Seals” is a single by synth-pop group Don’t Stop. The group only released two single “Under One Flag” (1987) and “She’s A Book With 7 Seals” (1988). Don’t Stop originally signed with Jupiter Records but was later picked up by ZYX Germany. There is not much info out there about this group but this is a really good new wave/synth-pop track.

This song is awesome, I absolutely love it, Paul. I had never heard it but it completely typifies the “80’s”/New Wave sound. The album cover is soooooo cool too.
Glad you like it Armando. I was hooked first time i heard it 🙂
Great song! Thanks Paul!!! 🙂
You’re welcome Cory 🙂
Really liked the song! Thank you!
Glad that you like it Lobashov 🙂
Here’s the music video for the single version.
Now for an off-topic question for Paul and the other experts around here. I have been wracking my brain trying to think of a particular New Wave song, circa late ’80s, that had positive thinking, self-improvement, affirmation style lyrics. It was done by a female singer, may have been a bit of a minor hit, and there was an MTV video. Does that ring any bells?
No bells ringing for me 🙂
Might it be Will Powers? “Adventures in Success” or “Kissing With Confidence”?
YES! Thank you! I had been Googling “will power” and “will to power” but there were too many irrelevant references for me to find Lynn Goldsmith and the album “Dancing for Mental Health.”
