Thank’s Paul. Maybe it’s just me – I was more taken with “The Stranger”. A fantastic sounding song.
I agree with you Greg I love “The Stranger” they should have issued the re-recorded version as a single.
Fabulous – thank you Paul!
You’re welcome, Jermajesty 🙂
hi paul,
thanks for posting the original mix of this early dead or alive
track. always nice to see them again.
interesting poster too. pete looks completely different here
compared to his later era, when i was into the band. it’s fun
to see how different he looked.
will check it out.

You’re welcome, negative1 I had to complete the set 🙂
Dear, very good version, I did not know it, now it will be part of my collection to enjoy, thank you
Thank you, transito 🙂
I´ve always prefered the original 12inch dance mix with its even rougher and tougher production and without the “backing vocals” turned up so loud as in the 84 remix. Awesome poster, btw. I had never seen that before. Love it. Thanks Paul.
Not sure whether today is a bank holiday on your side of the Atlantic, too. If so – enjoy. If not – I´ll enjoy it for the two of us 😉
Not a holiday here. So happy you like this 12″ I love the female backing vocals I think they are awesome. 🙂
Have a great day off Song And Dance.
Jeff
The goosebumps continue!! Can’t wait to hear this original version to compare with Friday’s post. This should have been huge. It’s thunderous and I have a penchant for those female backup singers!!! Do It! Do It!!
Jeff
Both versions are great interested to know which mix you prefer 🙂
