Many thanks for this, brings back memories, a band who never quite made it, if you ever drop on the 3rd single ‘Heartbreaker’ it does have a pretty good extended version as i remember, also stellar job on the rip

I’m not a big rock fan but I like this. So I had to look them up and listen to this track and I’m quite enjoying it. Thanks Dj PaulT for re-introducing this band to me. 🙂

Thanks Paul for this great Band! Haven’t heard the Remix so will listen in on this one since I really like the Out of the Silence album. Dare still perform and have been in my native country Sweden to this year.

Wow Paul! Dare is one of my favourite rock bands. I secretly hoped that you would post this single this week because tomorrow Dare’s debut album “Out of the silence” will be released as a special 30th anniversary edition. I have preordered it and I can’t wait to get it. Unfortunately these awesome remixes are not included. They were issued on the CD single which is very hard to find at a fair price. And here it is, your wonderful rip of this great 12″. You make me so happy once again. You are such a thoughtful and sweet person… Read more »

Daniel!
Be careful, this will be a new record, not original version.

Thank you Denis. I know that the songs will be completely re-recorded. That’s the reason why I ordered this CD. I’m a real Dare fan and I have all of their albums. I wish to see them live one day here in France or in Germany.

That’s nice. I have the first 2 albums and almost all the singles to them. I haven’t listened until 1991.

Paul, you’re just an incredible person!

I recently bought this CD single, I didn’t expect you to do it. This gives hope for more interesting genres in your performance in the future.
I think this is not a very good remix, but there are 2 magnificent non-album tracks not available on CD.
Downfall to listen to their first album: “(1988) Out Of The Silence”

Very much I expect from you this single: https://www.discogs.com/Helen-Reddy-Imagination/release/2029815
This is an incredibly atmospheric song.

Yes, I’m listening now and ready to take your words back. I definitely underestimated this remix. 🙂

You’re so important Paul, to me, because of all the new music you’ve introduced me to. Like this one. I am thrilled about it. I was just thinking about Thin Lizzy just the other day, so it’s, again, another cool synchronicity with you picking out tunes that reflect my thoughts. Although I don’t know this band and song, I love the fact that it’s a Julian Mendelsohn remix. Because of you and your site, I’ve gotten to know his “remix-ography” all the more. Yes, you are THE KING when it comes to amassing the coolest songs out there. I am… Read more »
