Thanks for this Paul! Longtime fan of your blog, going back over 10 years. My Madonna-obsessed ex loves the Breakfast Club. This is actually my favourite song of all time. Finally in 24bit. Thank you.
One of my favourite songs of all-time! Perfection.
Thanks for the fun flashback, Paul! I’ve never heard this dub before. Maybe you could post the 12″ sometime that has 7 mixes. 🙂 https://www.discogs.com/Breakfast-Club-Right-On-Track/release/3462115
Have a great day!
Gracias Pault por este 7″.
Nice, did not have 7 inch versions.
I recently found out one of the members of this group was active in song producing for Madonna in the 80s
That would be Stephen Bray who co-wrote and co-produced many songs for Madonna up through Like A Prayer. I’m hoping there will be more Breakfast Club 7″ and 12″ coming our way. The single remix of “Never Be the Same” is exclusive to the 7″ release.
Correct, Stephen Bray.
