Wow Paul!! What a fine slice of AOR! Thank you so much for unearthing this gem!! It does sound vaguely familiar, I’m sure the video was in rotation back in the day. With talent like Steve Stevens and Holly Knight how can you possibly go wrong? Looking forward to the Extended Mix and Dub Version. Thank you again!

If you like this track at all definitely take a listen to his Never Never Land album, it is fantastic! One of my favorites from ’87. Front to back great songs. I haven’t heard anything else from him so this is definitely a treat, thanks as always Paul!

Wow! Thanks for this gem, but it’s sent me into memory panic. I absolutely know I have a track by him somewhere, perhaps on a soundtrack or compilation, & definitely without his previous band, but I can’t remember where or find it on Discogs! 🤯🤯🤯😆😆😆

Found it! The song I have is “New York Girls” and is on a radio station CD sampler that in my area was release as KRCK 95.3 FM: The Music Alternative CD Sampler Vol. 1 / November 1987, bit was released by other stations across the US with their branding! It wasn’t showing up because it was listed as Simon-F… but maybe that isn’t him😆. I’ll have to double check!

This is so freaking hot!! I can’t wait to hear the extended mis!! PAUL!!! You are our Audio Angel!!

WOW! Two powerhouses, Steve Stevens and Holly Knight, on the same record! Imagine what a full-length collaboration of those 2 would have sounded like. Perhaps a mix of Animotion, Billy Idol, and Pat Benatar?! How did I never hear this song before? I’ve said it before, but you are a treasure! Thank you!
