If it weren’t for burningtheground.net I would still be boring and monotonous my life …. Thanks for sharing your taste in music and your blog !!
I am convinced that many like me, after having known this address will resist not visiting it again …. impossible to detach!! 10000 Thanks…
Excellent tune, perhaps the best of Peter Wolf. It would be possible to upload it again, the link is dead …. Thanks in advance and congratulations for your good musical taste and great blog !!!
Hi Paul, a greeting and thanks for your great work to make this selection of musical successes possible in these extended versions and remixes, I am a collector and I would like to get this Maxi from Peter Wolf, you can activate the Link, and thanks a greeting from Venezuela, I have 53 years and I’m with this music since I was 14 years old
Awesome! Great track – thanks so much 🙂
Thanks so much, Paul! This is one of those rare set of remixes of a top 80s hit that STILL have never been released anywhere on cd as far as I can tell. Thanks again!!
Cooooool! Thanks Paul!!
Thank you Paul!!!
Love J. Geils Band and Mr. Wolf. Ain’t nothin’ but a house party!
First 12″ I ever bought. Thanks for posting this, it was a treat to hear it again.
Nice one! Thanks Paul. I’ve been hoping for this one for awhile.
You’re welcome DavidJ 🙂
Francois K remixes are always welcome, although i was not aware of these.
Thanks again, Paul 🙂
You’re welcome Junior 🙂
Today the goose bumps come in multiples Paul!! Holy Light Bulbs!! What a fantastic dance jam this is. I especially love the “Hellified Dub Mix” Paul. This is a song that you just can’t find anywhere anymore. I was always hoping for a re-issue of his album on compact disc with all the dance mixes included, but that never materialized. That’s why you’re so important to us Paul. You do the artists proud when you post because you care about their back catalogs and wonderful fidelity. Thank you for this song. I’m so excited. You are such a dynamic person… Read more »
Thank you Jeff. I am always shocked that a lot of this music is forgotten by 70’s and 80’s radio stations. They never play this stuff seems like all I hear now days is Elton John or Fleetwood Mac (not a bad thing) but there is so much more out there. Maybe it’s just an Oklahoma thing lol.
It’s not an Oklahoma thing Paul. It’s that way even around where I live. Like you said, they seem to have their favorites and forget about these classics. I’m relieved that we can count on you for what you do and for “remembering” forgotten classics that were big hits. You’re a gem Paul. Thanks.
Jeff
it’s such an 80s classic!
Enjoy Michael!
2 Thumbs up for this!!!! It is one of my favorite tunes from the 80’s.
Thank you DjPaulT for sharing this hard worked vinyl rip.
You’re welcome artytimeboy 🙂
