BURNING THE GROUND EXCLUSIVE 1988

Originally I posted this one on December 1, 2010. But for those who may have missed it or if you are a new reader just discovering BTG. I decided to give this one a new rip with my newer Ortofon Super 30 stylus. This 12″ is also being posted in 24 bit flac for the very first time!

Thank you
Thank you very much!!!!!!!
So cool. Thanks so much!
Thank you thank ou!
Thanks for a re-rip, Paul. Despite Natalie’s dislike for this single, I thought the C+C remixes for Pink Cadillac are amazing, and these Motormixes rare and precious. A great start to another week, Paul!
Thank you Ric. The Motorway mixes are fun but I prefer the C+C mixes 🙂
Wonderful, love this track!
As always, thanks Paul..:D
You’re welcome Ex15!
Hey Paul!!!
Again, many thanks for these new re-rips. Your talents are so appreciated, especially on these once dead links. I can’t wait for more, especially the Goon Squad, The Cars, and Danny Elfman ones.
Jeff
Thanks Jeff may take some time but hopefully I can get to those soon.
I would really like to know more about the workflow or settings that you use for vinyl ripping. For example, do you use a RIAA reverse EQ curve in iZotope RX or do you have a custome EQ curve.
Your rips sound very nice. I have years ripping my personal collection and your rips sound really good to me.
Hi Ricky. I have custom settings that include “ultra steep linear phase” and mbit ultra 16. A great equipment set up and clean vinyl.
Thanks, as always…can’t wait to hear them! Keep up the good work, sir!!!
Thank you Lulu. Enjoy!
Hooray! Another re-rip. That’s my man 🙂
Please continue to re-rip older posts, some are dead for a very long long time. So Paul, many BTG’ers will see them as new posts, nothing to worry about. Keep on going! There are a lot of dead beauties waiting for a new Paulity treatment.
Hi Stefano,
Generous Donation was sent to re-rip this one and others so there will be more re-rips 🙂
Just great! Looking forward to them.
Thanks Paul, it’s a hell of a job. Kudos!
