Hi BTG supporters!
It is October! time for our second fundraiser of 2022 this fundraiser is important because hosting fees are due now. The cost to host the site is $190 every two years which is basically like paying rent to keep this spot on the internet occupied by Burning The Ground.
For those that are new to the site, we have a fundraiser every six months to keep funds in the Burning The Ground PayPal account to go towards site hosting, website security, monitoring & protection, buying records that are requested, and maintaining equipment.
Our goal is to raise $1000.00 this will ensure that I will be able to pay website hosting $190 (every two years) as well as a yearly payment of $199 to Sucuri for website security, monitoring, & protection.
I do realize that we are living in a very difficult time so any amount that you can chip in will be very helpful. I also understand completely if you can’t give anything right now.
All you have to do to make your donation is click on one of the yellow DONATE buttons anywhere on the site. I use PayPal. It’s safe and secure, and you don’t need an account to make your contribution.

I detect a bit of sarcasm but I would like to elaborate on behalf of Paul, past fundraisers, and this site bringing me so much joy for the past 9.5 years. The fundraisers are for more than just the web hosting and security. Each record he buys is in mint condition and costs $20+ after you include shipping and tax. Click on the Discogs link at the bottom of all his Promo and rare and non-USA vinyl posts and you will see how much mint condition vinyl costs. Thank you for your patience, Fred. I´m so tired of people asking whether this is all legit and alright and so on. As we all know nobody is required to give anything, let alone if they are having a hard time affording a couple of dollars. This is a wonderful, luxurious site and I am more than willing to support Paul, in spirit and financially :-). I do not really care what he does with the money I donated. Happily donated. This site and all your previous ones, have been one of my daily visits for almost as long as I can remember. Thank goodness for the work people like you do in archiving and preserving so many of these rare remixes, that record companies obvoiusly don’t feel there’s a market for.
