I have the original ‘orfeus’ release … this version is not actually a re-recording, they just added some backing vocals and did a new mix.

Thanks for putting this one up!!

How about the 12″ of “Feel Up?” The long version is essential Grace! Thanks much.

Thanks again for all your efforts, Paul. I’m sure near-mint copies of “Sorry” / “That’s The Trouble” are hard to find. Good luck in your quest. I and the other disco fans out there look forward to it! All the best,

jbird

p.s. I’ve been meaning to compliment you and worship at your altar for the great work you do on the album art. I like to “restore” old movie poster images (using Irfanview) and I know how difficult it sometimes is to clean up these things. Thanks so much, Paul.

As a professional Photoshop user of some 10+ years, I too am quite astounded by the level of cleaning/clarity you’ve managed to achieve on the sleeve scans, DjPaulT.

Eg. getting such flat colours on this scan, whilst still retaining the detail in the photograph is quite a task: http://burningthegrounddjpault.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/b-back1.jpg

Any chance you could do a post with a few of your most used tips & tricks?

Thanks! I didn’t have this one. This comes just in time for the upcoming CD re-release of her Fame album, as well as the “lost” album, Muse. I do have to point out that “I Need a Man” only charted at #83 on the Hot 100, not #6.
