Paul, I had chills when you posted this Boy George single. When Prince passed away suddenly, Boy George was one of the first to comment and that really touched me. Karen and I have always felt that George has one of the best voices in music….EVER!! And I so love the fact that you post wonderful records all the time. You are a wunderkind and we’re so appreciative of all the work you do. I also love the fact that, out of respect for Prince’s feelings about streaming and downloading, you are careful to honor his wishes. I’ve been listening… Read more »

Awesome unintentional Prince tribute. It just goes to show just how great a mark he left on popular music. Bravo Mr.T!

Woa, you didn’t realize this Paul?!

That’s kind of a crazy coincidence!

Bobby Z. brother of David Z, the Rivkin brothers. Met him once, cool man, very close and loyal to Prince.

Well there is a Prince connection here. The Producer and Co-writer of this song is none other than Bobby Z, Prince’s long time drummer from ’78 to throughout peak years of the Revolution days! Thanks for the good work Paul.

Phew you’re back! Was hoping for some Prince (as much as i do love The Boy – we’re even friends on Facebook)! Do you have any Prince that you could or rather (as i know you will) post in the near future? Plenty of vinyl only Prince in existance of course. Almost as bad as Madonna!

Yes very good point i didn’t think about that. I think this site is small enough not to offend plus you do the music such amazing justice unlike some of the record companies via compression. But as i say i completely get your point!

There is a Prince connection to this Boy George record, though- It was produced by Bobby Z of The Revolution. Subtle tribute, Paul, probably the sort Prince would have liked.
