Thanks Paul. This is a great song although I have to admit I probably prefer the Ultimix version over this one. Anyway who cares let’s dance.

Paul, you are OUR MAN!!! Thanks for bringing this to us in all of your digital splendour!!! Excellent buddy!! I love that Mark Berry and Raul A. Rodriguez did this. I always follow the producers/mixers on 80’s dance tracks. Mr. Rodriguez worked with Man Parrish and John Robie on the classic “Hip Hop Be Bop (Don’t Stop)” and other classics. Great post as always.

Jeff

I remember buying a mixtape containing this very extended version back in 1985! Brought back such fun carefree memories!
Even though everyone else prefers the “other” I’m Your Man in 1985, I agree this is such a guilty pleasure!

How have I never heard this one before? I can tell that it is going to grow on me. I’m going to pass this on to a dj friend who has a gig tomorrow night. He’s gonna want to play this! I hope you don’t mind if people dance to your rips? Thanks, Paul 😎

You know, I download everything here (well almost), and quite often I’ve never heard some of these mixes or releases. And in this case, I don’t know it.. 🙂

I think having just listened to this (briefly) Barry is way of track (but typical of the era).

Thanks as always Paul. 🙂

Oh, I am gonna have so much fun boggling people with this one… 🙂 This track isn’t at all what people will expect from a Barry Manilow song…
