Take the voice of Julie Andrews and the cast of the musical The Sound Of Music, mix it all together give it a disco beat and you’ve got “The (Disco) Sound Of Music by Show-Stoppers ’81. I had to dust off a few crates to find this rare megamix, that was released in 1981 and produced by Jeff Calvert who also produced “I Lost My Heart To A Starship Trooper” by Sarah Brightman. The megamix features original vocals by Julie Andrews and the cast of the movie. One of my favorite things!
