L.A.X. was a disco project with session musicians formed by producer Ralph Benatar in the late 1970′s. They released two albums, “L.A.X.” and “All My Love”. The group had no chart successes but has become an underground diso favorite. “Possessed” was taken from the groups second LP “All My Love”.
The multi-talented lead singer/keyboard player/songwriter, Jeff Paris (a/k/a Geoffrey Leib), plays with Keb’ Mo’ now. Prior to this record, he had played with? George Duke, Stanley Clarke, and Billy Preston, among others.
This is a pure obscure disco classic at it’s best.
