BURNING THE GROUND EXCLUSIVE 1986

Universal Daddy is the 6th single by Alphaville, and their second from their album Afternoons in Utopia. One reviewer described this song as one of the album’s “winners,” indicating it was a highlight from the album, as well as referring to the track as “reminiscient” of the Pet Shop Boys.

This single, released only in Europe, saw its highest chart position at #21, in Switzerland.
