“Time Will Crawl” is the second track on David Bowie’s album Never Let Me Down and was issued as the second single from the album. The single was a minor hit, breaking into the top 10 charts in the US.

This is the UK release of the 12″ which includes European only mixes of “Time Will Crawl” by Chris Lord Alge. Rumour has it that this 12″ was deleted after five days of it’s initial release in 1987.

    Love Day-in day-out! The first proper DB release for me as in that i remember the release / chart positions etc as i was around 13. I managed to record the full video onto VHS which weighed in at a massive 6.5 minutes from a UK programme called ‘The Tube’ and i was very happy with it. It was on the same episode as Whitesnake’s Still of the night which was also shown uncut and weighed in also around 6.5 minutes. I used to play these videos quite a lot! It was very rare that music videos were played in full especially when they were long / extended videos
