Oh man Paul!! I really thought the Ministry postings were all done, and here you surprise us once again. And with a 12-inch with cool artwork. I have the Wax Trax single of this and it doesn’t have this nice cover. You are just too much. Thanks a trillion times over for this Ministry rush!! I love this band so much. Well, their earlier incarnation. Like mentioned previously by me, sure, there were singles I did like, but not like their early days. You are a champion of my favorites Paul. It really touches me on so many levels.

Thank you Jeff and there are some nice bums here too lol I specifically bought this version of the single just for this sleeve.

Paul, yet again, your superb taste is clearly on display here, and shining as bright as a beautiful full moon (or several)! I know my ex gives me much $#!# for my preference for early Ministry, but I’ve such fond memories of these early singles and my college roommate (R.I.P. – JJ Bender), who introduced them to me. And these days my 40-something yr old ears (and eyes) prefer the synthpoppin’ Al to the more metallic version. Thanks so much again for sharing your work and all the time and effort you put into it.
    Best, Chad

  2. Omar Says:

Thanks Paul. I loved Ministry’s early new wave stuff. Also wondering if there’s any more Yello stuff with Billy McKenzie?

    DjPaulT Reply:

Yes there is Omar just giving it a little break 🙂

Paul, once again, you strike with the unexpected classic. I too have this Situation 2 version, in addition to the Wax Trax one. Thank you!

    You’re welcome Robert 🙂

Now that’s a cheeky cover if iI’ve ever seen one. And to be honest, I can’t say I have run across this one before. Very cool, or in this instance cold. The only thing from this era missing now is the 7″ b-side mix of “I wanted to tell her.” Great era for their music. Thanks Again.

    DjPaulT Reply:

Lol you’re very welcome Joey 🙂

  6. Jesse Says:

Damn, those butts are hot. Heheh. 🙂 Very voluptuous.

I like Ministry’s later stuff better but am snagging a copy of this UK 12″ regardless.

Thanks a lot for this great 12″.
“Cold Life” is the 1st track i’ve heard from Ministry in the early 80’s and it remains my favorite song from them!
