It’s so funny how just this morning I was looking at this on your site thinking when it would be re-ripped, then all of a sudden, here it is. Thanks so much Paul for this. I loved yesterday’s post so much and it will be so great to have this one as well. Peter Wolf is a great performer and I love his dance singles. This is AWESOME!!!

    Thank you Jeff 🙂

So happy to see this re-ripped. Thanks for keeping alive the forgotten classics.

Any chance of completing the Peter Wolf trifecta? 🙂

Pretty sure I will have another tomorrow Chris 🙂

Thank you for what has been a very interesting surprise week for me. I thought each entry would be something I knew but just didn’t remember the name; instead these have all been new for me. I was living in the UK in 1984, so I know why I missed the Peter Wolf singles but I was clubbing all the time in 1986 and don’t remember those Bang Orchestra! tracks at all. Thanks for keeping the ground burning!

    DjPaulT Reply:

You’re welcome VanceMan I suppose it was easy to miss Mr. Wolf living in the UK at the time since his single’s did not chart there. It’s always fun introducing you guys to new things. Enjoy 🙂

    Jeff Reply:

I love when you introduce us to new things Paul. Because of you and the wonderful links throughout the page, like discogs and such, one is able to fully investigate an artist’s oeuvre all the more. I’ve investigated a lot of things which led me to further purchases of an artist’s back catalog. You really do provide a brilliant service for each and every one of us Paul which I’ll be forever grateful for. I was only aware of two Peter Wolf singles, but because of you, this was a new one for me. I love the clarity as well on your postings. You work so hard to give us the best fidelity. I get so stimulated by the work. You are an artist yourself and I (and the community here) fully appreciate the time and effort that you put forth. You’re not even paid for this, it’s just for the love of music and the performer and the graphic design. Plus, you give us what’s missing from re-issues and that is FULL CREDITS for the songs. So much of this is lost via the digital download. These things are so important as it’s history that needs to be, not only acknowledged, but valued as well. We all can see — and HEAR — the fruits of your labors. You are such a blessing to us and the music community Paul. Never Ever forget.

    In all loving sincerity,
