I like the song, but I’ve never heard the extended nor the promo version, so it is always surprises with your post. Thanks for your time and dedication to make these high quality rips unique.

    You’re welcome Partytimeboy 🙂

Paul, I’m really looking forward to this version too. Oh, you were right about yesterday’s version, it had fabulous edits within the song. I always am amazed at how making edits has evolved over time. They got to be more complex as if the editors were all trying to out do one another. You have presented so many wonderful examples of editing prowess on your site and I am so grateful. And that quality of yours, oooh, it makes my ears blush with satisfaction!!!

I totally agree Jeff. I really prefered the promo mixes they were much more exciting. Mr. Lord-Alge just seemed to extended the LP version and add some effects. I don’t really understand why EMI America went with these mixes instead of the others to release commercially.

What a wonderful conclusion to the Peter Wolf extravaganza!

Like he promised, “We’ll have a ball.” I, for one, did.

Just because people don’t leave lots of comments for certain songs/artists doesn’t mean the selections aren’t appreciated. You’re always exposing your faithful to new gems.

And I love it when I find a 12-inch mix to a popular song that I never knew existed.

    Rock on, Paul!

Thank you Chris. I have one more single that I ordered last week hoping it would arrive in time to finish off the Peter Wolf singles. However the person I bought it from is dragging their feet and it has not arrived yet. It is the second single from “Come As You are” called “Can’t Get Started”. I will have to post it at a later date 🙁

Not sure if I know “Can’t Get Started”, so that will be a fun one to discover whenever it gets posted.
