This megamix is new to me. Thanks, looking forward to hearing this out.
And what do you mean precisely with the B-side is the “O-Eh o-Eh Edit’?

    DjPaulT Reply:

The O-Eh o-Eh Edit is the mix name. It also appears on US and UK 12″ singles but sometimes the mix name is not used. Just wanted to clarify so folks didn’t think it was a special mix. The sleeve is kinda confusing.

Ah, I just thank the God’s above for you Paul and Burning The Ground. Gosh, you and the online community must get sick of my ravings, but I just can’t help myself. What you offer is nothing short of perfect and perfection. Megamixes are my thing and when they come up on your site, I am in such bliss. It’s also the clarity you produce them in is such a thrill and a blessing. So many of these medleys/megamixes are lost to time. You are certainly our “Dr. Beat” because you restore them with your sonic surgery to heights not quite heard. I just sit here, everyday with a new download from you, with my head between the speakers and a huge smile upon my face listening to the final result of your hard work. You have such talent and patience in what you do. I can’t imagine how long it takes to bring out all the best from your vinyl records. I am always stunned, delighted and amazed at what your labors produce. Thanks for indulging me Paul with all I have to say. I just can’t put it across to you how much appreciation and awe I have for the music you produce. I love the fidelity and the passion. You always shock me with all the pleasure you produce. Thanks tremendously so!!

    Sincerely Yours,

    Jeff

  6. Alex Gray Says:

Lovely stuff! Just one thing: the write-up says side B is the “O-Eh o-Eh Edit” (which I assume is correct) but your tracklisting attaches that title to side A instead.

    DjPaulT Reply:

Sorry about that Alex it was a typo I have corredted it. Side A is “The Megamix”. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Nice one Paul, thank you! Any chance you have the Falling in Love (Uh-Oh) 12”?

I’ll see what I can do Wayne 🙂

    Jeff Reply:

Wayne, I second the request for the “Falling In Love (Uh-Oh)” 12-inch. Nobody ever seems to talk about this wonderful song and record. It’s one of my favorites. I remember when The Miami Sound Machine performed this on one of the New Year’s Eve specials. Ah, what memories!

MSM & Gloria made some great stuff. One of the best 12″ I ever got is Miami Sound Machine – Dr. Beat, great song, excellent mix and even better sounding 12″, always moved the crowd in the club.
This official megamix is also pretty good, got this on CD-Maxi,
