“Wham! U.K. Mega Mix” was a US promotional only 12″ released in 1983 on Columbia/Innervision Records. The Mega Mix consists of three hit singles by Wham! called Wham! U.K. in America because there was another group with the same name at the time. The Mega Mix was mixed by Alan Coulthard and has never appeared in any other format.

This is not one of the greatest Mega Mixes evr made the  edits are a bit sloppy and the mastering not so great. But it is still part of the official Wham! singles collection and a rarity. The same mix appears on both sides of the record.

    This rarity is a nice addition to the collection, although it’s not the best Wham! montage mix.

    Can’t wait to hear this. Thanks Paul!
    Alan Coulthard would go on to be an important remixer from the DMC stable throughout the 80s and 90s! Given the technology in 1983, I guess this would be mainly chop and slice. But still, a precious rarity for any complete Wham! collection.
