    Fabulous, Paul!
I remember we were talking about this single in an earlier post, and I didn’t expect this single from that Hiding Out soundtrack to be posted so soon! Big hugs!
Love this single and both remixes. They have another single Let Yourself Go-Go but most would qualify them as a one-hit wonder. And the girl in the duo used to be in Doctor & The Medics.
A bigger thanks and hug if this is a shrink-wrapped copy.

    DjPaulT Reply:

Hi Ric yeah this one was still shrink wrapped so I will accept the hug. You can never get too many hugs 🙂 I thinks this single was their only chart hit so they are considered a one hit wonder which is sad because I love their music. I will see if I can locate the other single you mentioned. Sending you a hug too 🙂

In fact, there is another remix for You Don’t Know – the original Extended Version on the 1986 UK 12″.

btw, can I ask how your 12″s managed to stay shrink-wrapped all these years? Unless I have an extra copy, I don’t think I’ll be able to resist that temptation not to tear the wrap and spin the vinyl…my will is weak when it comes to music…

    DjPaulT Reply:

Hi Ric I have a whole stack of singles that are still sealed some I found years after they were released and just never got round to opening them. Scarlett & Black was one of those 🙂

Hi Dj PaulT, I know I have said this before that you continue to amaze me and in a lot of ways, educate me with the music of the Eighties. I remember this duo but I did not realize that they have a couple of songs that I enjoyed. This is one of them and the other is ‘Let Yourself Go-Go’. I loved that single and remember it being quite a hit back in the day. I know someone mentioned it here but hopefully I’ll get to see that posted on here. Thank you, thank you! 🙂

    DjPaulT Reply:

MusicdivaSF first off I am so glad to see you. I was just thinking of you and wondering if you were doing ok. Also thank you for continuing to support my blog I appreciate it very much. As far as I know this song was the groups only charting song sad because they are great. I will have to see if I can locate ‘Let Yourself Go-Go’ for you 🙂

Thank you DJPaulT…I’m actually doing well and just have been busy with life and work. The latter more than the former. I’m sorry if I haven’t been active on here but I always make a point to check out what’s new and what surprises awaits on here. 🙂

My new year’s resolution, if you want to call it that way, is to support your blog and because I sometimes forget to that on a regular basis. I decided to set it on a monthly basis. 🙂 That’s of course is my way to show my support for all you have shared with me/with us. 🙂
