Thank you for these two Grace Jones’ maxi singles! What a treat 😀
Saw Grace on her “Hurricane” tour couple of years ago in Helsinki. It was great show, and she was absolutely superb. Real artist.

I can still remember hearing ‘Saved’ (I’m no longer Depraved)
for the 1st time (Hi Tom Edinburgh)
And the needle ‘jumps’ to find that bit of a medley.
    Fab-u-lous Post [again!]
    Edits hold there own –
I just heard the ‘Original Single Versions’
from David Bowie’s Station To Station Re-issue
It’s like there ‘different’ songs altogether
[if u know what I mean!]
Still think she’s like a female DB to a lot of her fans
and way better than a few more ‘famous’ types
You can ‘Like’ So much more [ie Downloads]
If you dont have to haul the Vinyl
[so heavy = you gotta carry good sh*t] LOL
    More Plz xx

I recently interviewed Tom Moulton for my radio show, who worked on this roject and he said that Grace Jones was absolutely determined and forthright in her desire to be successful in music right back then. He also said that he thouht she ate a lot of red meat whilst she was making records! 🙂

if you want to hear the chat with Tom Moulton – simply one of the legends of dance music – you can find it here.

Hi Paul, even with the Grace’s Disco-Years-box-deluxe out on all current formats.. You still are the only one providing us with this promo-edit of Fame With the Orchestral Outro ! Proves you are defenitely a force of your own.
